Bond your parts and panels on the most advanced PUR Lamination Line dedicated to composite panels in North America.
Glue is applied to the substrate prior to the face material being placed on it and then pressed by the pinch rollers. Both sides of the panel are bonded in a single pass using Burkle technology.
Throughout the process substrate and finished panels are cleaned with Wundress panel cleaners to ensure a defect-free lamination and finished product.
The lamination line is fed with a high-capacity, high-speed robot from Kawasaki capable of picking up any size material required.
After both sides are bonded, panels are trimmed through an automated trim station to allow panels to flow directly to panel processing centers.
Every step of the process is automated for optimal efficiency. From loading the core, to placing the face material to stacking the final panels at the end of the line and passing them to the machine centers.
