Superior Bond and a Flawless Surface

Cut your casework, cabinet door and fixture parts from the highest quality composite panels available. REACT PRL PANELS™ set the standard in quality and material flexibility. Bond a nearly unlimited number of surfaces and substrates, over one million combinations currently available in our ERP and growing every day.

Superior Bond

REACT PRL PANELS™ are laminated with a proprietary Polyurathane Reactive (PUR) Hot Melt Glue process. Unlike water-based solutions, PUR does not degrade the face or core material and creates a long-lasting and stronger bond. Because of these properties, PUR can be used with many more materials such as acrylics, plastics and more.

No Telegraphing

The PUR adhesive used in REACT PRL Panels is applied in a perfectly even layer, removing any possible telegraphing from the surface of the bonded material. This glue quality allows for the addition of a number of thin, glossy and difficult to bond materials to your projects for an improvement in surface quality you can see, even with thicker, more rigid materials like HPL.

Zero Surface Defects

REACT PRL PANELS are bonded from start to finish inside a dust-free clean room. Both sides are cleaned and bonded in the same pass, never leaving the controlled environment, eliminating any chance of foreign matter from entering the process and getting between the surface and core.
